Contrato de Afiliación

These terms govern the relationship between KERVEA (“Kervea”) and the legal entity that becomes a member of kervea.ai (“Member”). The person submitting the application confirms that they are authorised to represent the company.

Scope of the service

• Kervea is a B2B matching network that lists and verifies companies. It does not collect payments or take commission on sales between members, and it is not a party to trade, payment or shipment between members.
• Visitors and members without a paid membership see companies anonymously. Premium members see the name, profile and permitted contact details only of companies in their own main sector, and can message those companies.
• Verification shows that a company is registered and real; it does not guarantee product quality, delivery or a member’s commercial reliability.
• Ranking cannot be bought. Premium membership does not affect ranking or verification.

Member obligations

• Information in the application and profile, and uploaded documents, must be accurate and up to date.
• Messaging and revealed contact details may be used for business purposes only; no bulk, unsolicited or misleading messages.
• Contact details obtained from the directory must not be passed on or sold, and their use must stop if the person objects.
• Members keep their account details secure and are responsible for use of the account by their team.
• Accounts may not be shared: each account belongs to one employee and is used with two-step verification. An account stays signed in to one session at a time. Accounts signed in from many different networks in a short time may be put on hold; if sharing is established, the membership may be ended without refund.
• When a Premium member views a company’s contact details, this is recorded and shown to that company.

Fees

Listing is free. Premium membership (1 year) and credit packs are offered at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payment is made by credit or debit card on Kervea’s payment page, confirmed by the card issuer with 3-D Secure and processed by iyzico; companies registered in Türkiye pay in TRY, others in USD. Membership or credits are applied once iyzico confirms the payment. Unused credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Suspension and termination

Kervea may suspend a profile or end a membership if information is false, documents lose validity, complaints are confirmed, or these terms are breached. A Member may end its membership at any time in writing.

Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul Commercial Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
