Why we exist

Both sides have strong manufacturers and growing markets. Because the parties cannot verify each other remotely, trade often runs through brokers, and the cost of that intermediation is added to the price.

Verification

A buyer cannot check remotely whether the company on the other side exists.

Language

Because of the language gap, decision-makers are often reached through one or more intermediaries.

Intermediary margin

Each intermediate layer takes its own share, and the price gap between manufacturer and buyer grows.

A company’s path through Kervea

Five steps from application to first contact.

1. Step 1

   Application

   The company submits its details and uploads its registry and bank documents.

2. Step 2

   Review

   An administrator checks the documents step by step; the result is sent by email.

3. Step 3

   Publication

   The approved company appears in the list and search and starts using its dashboard.

4. Step 4

   Matching

   In the company dashboard, companies whose trade direction, HS codes, sector and country match yours are listed with a match score.

5. Step 5

   Contact

   A Premium member messages a company in its own sector. Price, payment and shipping are agreed between the parties; Kervea takes no commission.

What does Kervea do?

What doesn’t Kervea do?

• It does not sell, collect payments or take commission on sales.
• It does not sell contact lists or data.
• It does not sell rankings: there is no fee to be featured.
• It is not a party to payment or shipping; these take place between the companies.
• It does not guarantee product quality or delivery.

Membership rules

Who sees what, and how credits and Premium work.

Same sector: unlocked with Premium

Premium members see the names, profiles and permitted contact details of companies in their own sector and can message them.

Other sectors: locked

Companies in other sectors appear as anonymous cards. People in those sectors can be reached through the people directory using credits.

Credits

Starter credits are added to the company’s account when it is approved; additional credit packs can be bought by card.

Premium

280 USD per year. Premium does not affect ranking or verification.

How we look after your data

Your documents, your payment and your contact permissions.

Documents are kept private

Uploaded documents are not public; only the administrators who verify them can see them.

We do not store card details

Payment is confirmed by your bank with 3-D Secure and processed by iyzico, a licensed payment institution; Kervea does not store card details.

You manage the permissions

You can withdraw permission to show your contact details at any time from your company dashboard.
